📅 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once the meal preparation begins, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
• To cancel, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email at admin@solbowl.org with your order ID.

💸 Refund Policy

• If you cancel within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a 100% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Late cancellations
  • Incorrect address or recipient unavailability
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences (though we’re always happy to improve)
