📅 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once the meal preparation begins, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
To cancel, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email at admin@solbowl.org with your order ID.
💸 Refund Policy
If you cancel within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a 100% refund.
No refunds will be provided for:
Late cancellations
Incorrect address or recipient unavailability
Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences (though we’re always happy to improve)
